Hi everyone, new guy here! Recently made the switch to macs, and am loving it every step of the way! I do have a problem though maybe someone can help with.
In iMovie 11, I'm trying to do some voice over work. I have a firewire audio interface (Focusrite Sapphire Pro 40) that I use to record audio/music with, mostly with Logic Pro. It has been working like a champ, but on iMovie, when I click the microphone icon to do voice over, I select my Sapphire (it is listed), but it doesn't see any level at all and I simply cannot figure out why.
I go into Logic Pro and can get an audio signal, I can go into general settings to the sound prefs and get a level, but nothing from iMovie. Is this a bug? I just doesn't make any sense to me that the system can get a signal, but iMovie cannot. HELP!!!!
