iMovie help!

Sorry for the title, I wasn't sure how to describe what I was going to ask. Anyway... I've recently made a movie using iMovie and the folder it's in is 232mb but the .mov is around 136kb. There's a media folder which is within the 232mb folder which seems to hold... Well, everything! It's 232mb.

So, how can I export the movie file so that it's a proper .mov or .mpeg instead of just a 136kb mirror type thing. And when I tried to upload it to a website, it said that the file was empty.

You can export from inside iMovie - just click "Share" on the menu, then select "Quicktime" for iMovie '06

For iMovie '05:
From the File menu, choose Share.
Click the QuickTime tab.
