Importing addresses

Has anyone found a way to import addresses from Mac OS 9's Outlook Epress into the Mail Address Book?
 
Hello all,

I found that using the Terminal in the folder called Mail.app there is a command-line utility called ConvertMailbox. Running it from the terminal giver usage info and it looks like it supports Outlook Express, Eudora, Netscape and so on , but I can't get it to work. Any Help???
