importing from Outlook 2011 to Entourage

Hello,

I have a Mac OS X 10.5.8. I was using Entourage 2008. Then I did a free trial of Entourage 2011 and imported/exported? everything from Entourage to Outlook. Now I am going back to Entourage 2008. Can I get everything back to Entourage? Will there be an obvious, easy way to do this like there was when I tried Outlook?

You made a boo-boo. I once made the mistake of forcibly upgrading from the original Entourage 2008 to Entourage EWS. I discovered that Entourage EWS was not compatible with my Exchange server. I had to revert to the older version of Entourage 2008. The data on my Exchange server, I recovered. The data on my computer were lost because Entourage EWS converted it to a new format that the older application cannot read. If your version of Entourage 2008 is Entourage 12.x, then you are in the same situation that Entourage EWS aka Entourage 13.x placed me in--looking for a way to revert your data to an older, incompatible format.

Correction: the data are not lost-lost because I still have it on my computer. However, I haven't yet found a way to revert it to the older format.
