Importing Mail/Addresses into Entourage

I have Microsoft Office v.X for Mac. Does anyone know if there is any way to import Apple Mail and addressess from the Address Book into Entourage? Thanks for any help.
 
You can export your address book as a vcard and drag it into Entourage's Contacts area and it will import your data. You may need to do a little clean up if your address book records were incomplete or messy. However - it does it just fine to get emails and such in.
