Importing Multiple Accounts From Mail (panther) Into Mail (tiger)

I set up just my Administration Account in Tiger & Imported everything OK
I now want to set up my other Accounts but I can't get Mail (Tiger) to recognise the Mail (Panther) folder even though the Account Name & log-in is the same!
Do I have to do a clean install of Tiger and Import all my Accounts then?
