importing Safari bookmarks to IE under Parallels

I've exported the html bookmark file, but Windows XP under Parallels won't recognize the file. Any hints?

What happens if you just replace the favorites file in Windows with the one from the Mac?

how would I do that? Where is that file kept in Parallels/Windows?

I don't have a PC in front of me, but look for the Favorites in your User folder.
