Physically, I have a US English keyboard on a G4 Powerbook. In input sources I have two keyboard layouts selected - a custom layout (created with Ukelele) based on UK English and German.
The keyboard layout keeps changing of its own accord, without any user input. This happens erratically, but I've seen it happen when I changed the output volume (using the slider on the menu bar). It also seems to happen sometimes when switching apps using Cmd Tab, and other times when I'm using Safari. There doesn't seem to be any real logic to it. I have Use
