Insert image into email signature in OS X Mail

Does anyone know how to insert an image into an email signature in OS X Mail? I'd like my company logo to be displayed at the bottom of my emails automatically.
 
Thanks for the reply brodie! That kind of works. It displays fine in email applications with this method, but with web based email like yahoo or gmail it shows the image as an attachment. Is there not a way of embedding html in the email to display the image?
