Install Webobjects 4.5.1 On Panther

The system says "Missing or Old Bill of Materials" and exit the installer is the only chice.

My G4 powerbook's developer environment is just
installed (OS X developer 10.2) and there's nothing for developer before that.

Does this mean WebObjects 4.5.1 cannot install on this version of OS, or any work around?

I've WebObjects 5.2 and know this is going to work. But I prefer 4.5.1 ObjC

The "bill of materials" is a file that holds the list of what's in the
package (.pkg) file.

Sounds like the installer has a bad or missing file.

Try installing from Terminal. It may give an error about a damaged file.
