Installing 10.4 PANIC!!

When I try to install Mac os x 10.4 on my iMac G3 I get the following as I start up with the CD.

Kernel Version:
Darwin Kernel version 8.0.0: Sat. Mar 26 14:15:22 PST 2005; root:xnu-792.obj~1/RELEASE_PPC

Panic: we are hanging here...


Not sure why its not working .. If you need anymore information just ask.


CD I think is good .. I have tried another CD 1 install and says samething

400 mhz
512 ram
80 gig
CDROM

Oh I have looked at the top and it also says ..

Straight up I need to ask whether or not the installation media is the Full Retail Version of Mac OS Tiger? Do they look like these?

To be truthful the first version was ummm... you know.. So I then got my friends version to try and it does the same.
