Hi
i have an eos1d, that originally came second hand with no software. i downloaded software for it for my windows pc, and it works well,
i tried to download software for the mac, but i can only find updates on the canon site and not the actual software. Anyway, i donwloaded some, like didgital photo professional and it gives me the folliwing message 'The application to be updated is not installed.
The follwing application(s) can be updated.
File viever utilit, Eos viewer utultiy,
Raw image Task, digital phot Professional.
After instally the application to be udated, restart it.'
i am in a pickle at the moment, because i would really like to use my camera with the mac, but this is impossible without the correct software.
There were two applications that installed correctly, but i can only open the one. Remote capture works, i can open that, The other EOS capture, when i click on it to open, the icon in the tray bounces, but then dissapears and nothing happens.
Please help me!! Is there anywhere i can get the actuall applications and not just the updates..
