Installing Mutt & GnuNano

How easy OR difficult is it to install the editor Gnunano & the mailer mutt? Has any any suggestions?
 
nano is easy - as long as you have the dev tools, of course.

I haven't installed mutt, so I don't know about that, but I don't imagine it would be hard. You might want to use Darwinports or fink for package management, if you're not already. They can be quite handy...
 
I installed mutt and used it with vim.

The only pain was configuring sendmail .. at least when doing that the first time, I think I was running 10.2 that time...
