Interesting Finder bug

Take a file (or folder), lets try folder "test".
Duplicate it, then we have "test" and "test copy".
Put "test" in the trash.
Create a new folder , rename it to "test".
Try putting it in the trash.
You get "The operation cannot be completed because an item with the name "test" already exists"

Apparently the Finder detects the "test" folder in the trash and tries to rename the folder to be deleted to "test copy" before putting it in the trash, but then we already have a "test copy" in the current directory, and the operation fails.

Not a big deal, almost not a deal at all, but interesting.
I probably have to much spare time. :D
