I have a 400 MHz PowerPC G4 and recently my internal dvd drive (pioneer DVR-107 i think) stopped being recognized by the computer. The eject button on the keyboard does not work, yet the open button on the front of the drive ejects the tray. the zip drive is still intact and is not recognized either. Was hoping maybe the dvd drive was still ok. any suggestions or thoughts on what might be the cause or a way to fix?
