internal G4 modem

The only internal modem I know that will work with the G4 is the Apple-supplied G4 modem.
Also, there were different modems for different models of the G4 tower. You'll need to know exactly which G4 tower you have. Check both of these to find out which model you have:

I don't think Apple sells these anymore, but you may get some information by calling 1-800-MY-APPLE or checking on http://www.ebay.com
