I have recentley purchased a new Mac Pro 2008, i was wondering if it is possible for me to use one of my internal harddrives from my powermac G5 dual 2.7, is this possible?
They both use SATA drives however you won't be able to boot from the install you now have on the drive since it is for the PPC architecture. You will need to reformat the drive if you want to put a system on it.
