This is a strange problem : I am using the same connection to the internet for 6 weeks now. Never had a problem. Then 2 times today the following happend:
I am using a WLAN, apple extrem base and a Macbook pro 2,16
I suddenly lose internet connection. The WLAN is still active, but running the diagnostics I cannot get an ISP. The ISP is red, the "internet" and "server" blink red and green, but mostly green. I still can surf, although the "ISP" is red.
The server still gives me a new IP when requested, but I cannot get to the ISP. BUT I have other computers on the same network - they work fine.
After restarting the computer everything works again.
Could it be that my LAN provider is having a problem or is it me?
