Like the subject says, I'm running into this repeated, but not replicable, problem with IE (5.1.4).
I use both the English and Japanese environments and at some point in time, the Character Set menu appears in garble when logged in as an English user. When logging in under a Japanese user account, the menu reads fine.
Tried killing a few pref files, and even tried a new user, but it's still garbled.
Any ideas why?
