Internet Explorer Problems

I need help!

Why does my internet explorer keep quitting every time I visit certain websites? It gives this error message: Internet Explorer has unexpectedly quit. I have internet explorer 5.1 and it is on Mac OS X 10.0.4. The type of computer I have is a PowerPC G3. I need to fix this problem right away and it is very important that this problem gets resolved as soon as possible. Are there any solutions to fixing this problem? This is very frustrating!
Any and all suggestions are welcomed. Thanks.

Note that version 5.1 is not the latest of Internet Explorer. Version 5.2.2 should be used with Mac OS X.

If updating doesn't help, try a different browser.

I would also strongly encourage you to give Safari a try. It's all but replaced IE for me. :D

Safari requires 10.2. IE 5.2.2 could resolve the IE wrong behaviour but still - it is M$ product so there are alwasy things that won't work with it. Camino might work with 10.0, you'll find it in www.mozilla.org pages. :)

I,m on 10.2.6 and using Explorer 5.2.2. I get the same infuriating problem. R U on a LAN or direct connection? I have tried using Safari but it refuses to connect through the LAN. Only Explorer connects. Frustration!

OMG it some one running 10.0? That was an absolute dog, in terms of performance, it should have really been a public beta release!

Go and get 10.1 or 10.2 Jaguar, the performance increase is incredible. This might also fix your crash problem

I wouldnt have said 10.0 was a useable OS.
