Internet Not Up to Date And Pictures An Words Not Completing On the Net.

This is my first time using a MAC. I am using a MAC OS 9.2 operating system and it kind of sucks. My problems are, first I cant seem to download a new version of AOL onto it, it only has Windows 5.0. And when I am online the web pages wont download at all or there will only be a few words on the page. Can you help me? Is there a website or something to help me learn more about the MAC operating system?
