internet usage

Hi all,

can someone tell me a way to monitor ALL my internet usage per/month or spesific dates. I have looked at some widgets, but none of them do a good job. Please keep in mind that I connect via wireless, USB based 3G modem and ethernet. But I also browse/copy/move files on my local network. So I need true internet usage not including network traffic.

Is the info you require not available on your ISPs website under your account details?

I don't know if there's specific info you need to monitor but in my case I can log into my account and view the daily download details in column or graph view ... is this what you mean?
 
the thing is I am wanting to check my ISP is not billing me for traffic not used, cause I don't trust their stats.
