'Invalid kernel extension' error

I get this error on two packages, /System/Library/Extensions/msdosfs.kext and /System/Library/Extensions/webdav_fs.kext
which are the only ones in /System/Library/Extensions/ that appear as folders.

I don't know if they're supposed to be folders but my PPTP connection won't work because of them (according to Console.app)

I've tried setting the package bit with Filebuddy 6.0.6 but they still appear as folders.

Is there any way to remedy this?
 
I wonder if that is related to the guy who was trying to mount a PC formatted disk. (http://macosx.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=2237)

Certainly it seems like your thing is choking on something related to MS DOS file systems.
