iphone wifi - won't accept password

Stumped on this one.
My son's iPhone will not log on to our wireless.
I have 2 Macs, an iPad and a PC that all access our home wireless without any problem.
His iPhone did access it also, now after entering the correct key it fails to log on.
Have tried resetting the iPhone twice, checked to make sure the pass key hasn't somehow changed, but nothing works.
The phone logs on to other wifi networks without a hitch.
Any ideas?

Possible reasons:

1. You have MAC (Media Access Control) enabled on your wireless router and didn't add the iPhones MAC Address.
2. You wireless router only does the N frequency and your son has a 3GS or older iPhone.
3. The iPhone needs to be reset according to this Apple Document .
4. If this is a new Phone try it on another wireless router and if it doesn't work, exchange it.

Also please list the iPhone model and the wireless security & frequency you are using on your wireless network.
