Iphoto 4.0.3. Import/share

I need to move all my Iphoto albums from my PB to my e-mac. Once there i would like to share them over my Local network.

Last time i backed up my Iphoto (onto cd) before i did a re-install of the OS i lost all the album info? And had to re-do all the listings

1.What is the easiest way to move them over as they are, complete with albums
2.How do i then share them once there

I have ran a forum search but cannot see the answers i require.
