iPhoto 6 - Photocast not present

I purchased iLife 6 and wanted to use Photocast. My iPhoto 6 doesn't have the icon nor does it know anything about it in help. I'm running 10.3.9 and I'm a .mac member. I can't find anything that says Tiger is needed for photocasts. Does anyone know if this is the reason it's not present?

"Photocast" is located under the "Share" menu. You must first create an Album, drag photos to it, then select "Photocast" from the "Share" menu.

I wish it were that easy, but unfortunately I've done that and I don't have "Photocast" listed under the "Share" menu even after creating a new album. I also don't have the icon in the bottom menu.
