iphoto 6 quits unexpectedly

Whenever I try and open an image in iphoto 6 that has been previously edited in Adobe photoshop CS, iphoto quits unexpectedly. Same thing happens to photoshop CS edited photos that I try and move into a calendar (this was what I did when the problem first began).
I have repaired disk permissions and I have rebuilt the thumbnail cache but the problem persists.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I have the same problem. iPhoto crashes on me for the same reason. I have seen some info online about it being associated with the last version of Quick Time but I haven't found a way to remove that update.
