Hi, Thanks (to you, Dale) for your last advice - worked fine. Just one last problem with iPhoto: all my retouched re-cropped pictures show up fine in the Library but when I click on them there or in their albums I either get the original (unretouched, uncropped) or nothing at all. I also notice that in users/pictures there's no reference to iPod photo library. Hope I don't have to go back and individually scan in or retouch a couple of thousand archive prints!
