iPhoto

Is it possible to move my iPhoto pics onto an external drive? I was thinking of using something like a USB2 or Firewire drive.

I checked Preferences but it has no option to point to another directory location.

if you want to have multiple photo libraries the try iphoto buddy

I have my iphoto libraries on an external drive and it worked by putting a copy of iphoto on the drive too, as well as the pictures

Advice though back up all photos first

Not sure if that's a legit way but it works
