Hi. My problem is the following: I have tampered Iphoto from the Finder view folder. Now I don't remember what I did since I deleted several photos and moved from other folders on my desktop some other pictures and put them in the Album from iphoto Library.
I blew it. Now, there's the "uploading photos" thing swirling around endlessly. Can I uninstall iphoto and Reinstall it back?

The app is not your problem. The problem is that you altered your photos in the finder. NEVER do anything to/with your photos in the finder.

The first thing I would try is to reair permissions. If that does not help, try to
rebuild your library like this: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2042?viewlocale=en_US You may need to do the manual rebuild as described nearer the end of the article.

Try these things and post back with results.
