Ever since I downloaded Tiger, I can't seem to open iPhoto, the saucers just keeps getting stuck, can soft boot and only way to restart is to turn off computer. Help!!!

What do you mean by "downloaded". Is it upgraded from Panther to Tiger or downgraded from Tiger to Panther?
