iPod does Windows (or will soon)

Found an interesting article on The Register this morning.

Apparently a company is making Apple's new iPod compatable with Windows.

I wonder what Apple's reaction to this will be (is?)... Apple's had a history of getting a little funny about third parties like this, and I wouldn't be completely suprised if they said, "well, fine, but as soon as you connect the iPod to a Windows machine, we'll no longer support your iPod. Best of luck to ya..."

Maybe it's just the cynic in me having a go... I started the day by locking the keys in my car before getting to work... :rolleyes:
