iPod headphones - warranty?

Is there any type of warranty on the headphones? My right ear peace is blown/fuzzy sounding. I never turn it up all the way. The iPod is about 2 months old.

The iPod and any accessories that shipped with the iPod in the box are all covered by the same warranty. If you did not purchase AppleCare with the iPod, then they are covered by a one-year warranty.
