iPod in 1984 ads ?

Has anyone noticed that the woman in the 1984 ad form apple wears an iPod?

Has Apple retouched this ad or have they just made a completely new one? I think this can't be the original or did Apple have plans for the iPod so early

Btw, along with the iPod, the hammer bearer's shirt has a logo for Mac Users Group-Singapore.
