Forgive me, as this is a PC question. If you can't answer i understand. I've got my mom's PC recognizing her ipod... it's there in My Computer as Apple ipod. It won't update though, and when i go to preferences>ipod , it tells me, no iPod. How do i get it to recognize the iPod?
