i have a 1st generation 10 gb iPod....
and i have to say. i find it amazingly durable.
i take my iPod to the gym.. and its fallen at least twice while im on the treadmill.. it fell with quite a big speed and rolled for about 3 metres... when i picked it up both times it was still playin music..
the other day. i was taking off my jacket, and it slipped and slammed into the ground, i was afraid to pick it up. but again nothing had happened to it.
im almost sure that any other device in its place would have been damaged!!!!... (and were talkin about a device that has a hard drive in it..)
