Hi,
The other day I added an .AAC audio file that I made on GarageBand into my iTunes and it played fine on the computer through iTunes. I then synced my iPod and when I tried to listen to it, it wouldn't play. The little Play Triangle appears but the bar never moves, and it makes no sound. Sometimes if I try to pass onto the next song, it takes me back to the main menu. The same for videos. Pictures, however, do work fine.
I don't know if the .AAC file (which I have since deleted) has anything to do with the problem. I've tried resetting the iPod and restoring it to the factory settings but nothing changed.
I'm getting a little desperate, too, since I'm in Spain right now and there's no Apple stores for me to go to..
Any suggestions?
Thanks a lot.
