Does anybody know how to make IRC vhosts? NOT Apache vhost which look like:

#ServerAdmin webmaster@example.com
DocumentRoot /www/docs/dummy-host.example.com

ErrorLog logs/dummy-host.example.com-error_log
CustomLog logs/dummy-host.example.com-access_log common

But IRC vhosts that allow you to connect to an IRC server and have your hostname be something like scope@learnded.to.wright.at.scool.org (that's a real vhost, but it costs money to get a shell at that place.)
