OK so I know iRez isn't supported under Mac OS X but does anyone know of any drivers that will work for this webcam?

Try http://www.ioxperts.com/usbwebcam.html. It supports the iRez Kritter webcam but only v1.0, not v1.1 or 1.2, I am not sure why. The price is $14.95.
