Is it normal to have a /sw and also a /sw/sw directory?

Hi,
I have an eMac running OS X 10.3. I would like to know if it is normal to have a /sw and also a /sw/sw directory? Or fid I just create an extra /sw/sw accidentally myself?

Do you have Fink installed? Fink adds a /sw directory for the software repos. As for the /sw/sw, I'm not sure about that one.
