Is my logic board dead?

My 17" PB is dead! I push the power button and get no chimes, but a couple seconds later the fans start blasting. Nothing on the screen. Eats CDs. ARUGH! Anyone have some thoughts?

- Reset PMU
- Reset PRAM (hold cmd-alt-p-r at start until you hear the startup chime the second time, then release)
- Reset NVRAM
Any better luck? How far do you get now? Do you hear anything, do you get anything or get anything on an external screen etc?

I tried the PRAM with no results. I can do nothing with it since I can't see anything in the screen. I have tried an external monitor as well with no results so I can do the other option. Does anyone know if I can somehow plug my MBP into the PB and get a diagnosis?

No video = not much hope of running the hardware test disc on that either then
You could connect it to the OB via target mode and see if you can get it to at least see the HD contents.
