Take it back to where you purchased it and get it fixed/replaced. It's still under warranty in every conceivable country, and possibly even Mars.
You can try some at-home fixes before you take it in for service if it's something easy or perhaps something you're overlooking. Lots of articles found with "isight black screen" Google search exist:
