I'm having a strange and persistent issue with random forwarding from a user with multiple mail clients.
An employee at my company has a Mac Mail client set up on his Mac Pro, Mac Book Pro and iPhone. Every few weeks several messages are forwarded to people that are in the email conversations. The forwards are from messages with consecutive times on the same date.
My initial hunch was that there was a corrupted pref file on one of the clients. Since then, I've trashed and rebuilt the prefs on his MacBook and MacBook Pro. The problem persists. I've also investigated to see if there was a non-conforming rule in his webmail accounts There was nothing that I could find. As I am inexperienced with iPhones, I've not investigated on that side.
Does anyone have any idea as to what might be causing the peculiar issue?
