Isync Treo 600 With Ical Problem

I have a 12 inch G4 Powerbook OS 10.42 and 512 Ram. I used to have no problem syncing my Treo 600 to iCal. However after the last upgrade of Hotsync and Palm Desktop, I cannot get the Treo to sync with iCal anymore. The phone and iSync all give indications that the sync is ok, but when going to check iCal the data is not there. I have re done the set up numerous times to no avail. I have noticed others complaining of similar problems with their Treo 650 in Apple Discussions. Is there a work around for this, or am I stuck not being able to sync to iCal now. This is quite frustrating.
