iSync & Tungsten not working

I'm trying to sync my Tungsten E and my Laptop, i have all the right programs and updates for iSync, and it [the syncing] was working a week ago. I tried syncing tonight and the iSync conduit is not picking up my Tungsten at all, i am also syncing with my PC as well, but not as often as my laptop. Any Help???

i am unable to get my calender to sync and i'm getting address book duplicates on the iPod and the Tungsten

i fixed the problem on my end, i opened the Conduit settings in the Palm folder and noticed some settings that were changed, and i changed them back.

I have never been able to get my tungsten and powerbook to work either. I went around and around with Palm support. Finally gave up.
