iTunes 10.2.1 seems to be unable to read or set album art for music videos. I usually just let the video thumbnail be the artwork but after updating my iTunes to 10.2.1 half my videos have no thumbnail. So I went in to set their album art to something at least only to find that the "Artwork" tab is greyed out.
I'm running Mac OS X 10.6.7, I have an iPhone running 4.3.1 that is experiencing the same lack of thumbnails for those videos.
Please, HELP! Some of the videos with the issue are purchased, some are not, I would say I should re-encode them to see if there is some kind of format error but I can't do that to the iTunes purchased content.
