Well, I never had any major problems with 7.0, so I don't know if my experience with 7.0.2 is useful to you. But for what it's worth, the update went without issue, and it seems to work fine for me. I don't notice any real differences.

Horizontal scrolling performance still kind of sucks. But that's been true of every other version since iTunes 3 for some reason.
