iTunes 7 changes where movies, TV shows are stored

Has anyone else noticed that iTunes 7 changes the locations of movies and TV shows when new ones are added? The existing files stay where they were, but new ones that are added AFTER the iTunes 7 upgrade go into new folders.

Movies:
Old: ~/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music/[artist]/[file name]
New: ~/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music/Movies/[file name]

TV Shows:
Old: ~/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music/[artist]/[album]/[file name]
New: ~/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music/[artist]/[file name]

I am wondering if I am the only one who is seeing this. There is more information below. I just wrote about this today, and wanted to ask the question here. Thanks!

Separate libraries. I guess they should've moved the old ones over to the new structure as well.

I've read that you can have multiple libraries now (something I'm really happy about), but how does it work? Is there information somewhere on it, and am I now running two libraries on my Mac? If that's the case, I can't understand why, when I already had one. Should it not have just used that one?
