For no apparent reason, today everytime my ipod is connected to my mac, itunes crashes. I have tried deleting .plist files to no avail.
In the course of trying to solve it I reset my ipod and although the music files are still on the machine, I cannot access them any longer (no song titles etc, all blank). I can probably work a way around this, but I need itunes to do it!
can you help?
my G3 ibook is running OS 10.2.8 and itunes most updated version with a 3G ipod.
