Does the "Get CD Track Names" menu choice only work for MP3s that you import with iTunes? The few CDs that I have imported were looked up very well but I have almost my entire collection on my PC and don't want to have to re-rip every single CD. If this is the case, is this part of Apple's scheme to discourage music copying kinda like not natively supporting copying music off of an iPod onto another computer (even though you can just copy the hidden files)?
